Phillip has over a decade of experience building and scaling design organizations. Before joining Coa he was a Design Director at Capital One Travel. In this role he helped grow a $1B portfolio and won two Fast Company Innovation awards. Previously at the U.S. Digital Service, he spearheaded core components of the VA Appeals Modernization through the Caseflow project. His design leadership has generated over $500M in revenue while serving over 70M users and citizens across public and private sectors.
